• Drafting and advising on Companies activities including Incorporations, Resolutions, Notices, Share Capital etc. within the ambits of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, the Petroleum Act, Oil Pipelines Act and other relevant Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

• Drafting and perfection of Security documents including Mortgages and Loan Agreement, Debenture, Trust Deeds, Lease/Sub-leases, Assignment and Agreements of various nature.

• Undertake/obtaining necessary Governmental Consent and other relevant Authorities for Stamping and Registration of all types of Agreement.

• Prosecute for and/or defend Clients in all forms of Civil and Criminal Litigation, especially maritime matters, oil and gas matters, environmental matters, industrial/labour related matters, election petition.
