Okoye graduated with a Second-Class Upper from the Delta State University in 2019, attended the Nigerian Law School, Agbani campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. He was posted and observed his National Youth Service at the Rivers State Ministry of Justice, Port Harcourt.

As an undergraduate at the Delta State University he represented the school in several competitions and was the Attorney General of LAWSAN.

He is a dynamic professional with a robust skill set relevant to addressing complex challenges of modern legal practice. His experience and internships at various esteemed organizations demonstrate a breadth of exposure and a depth of understanding that makes him an asset to the firm.

Prior to joining E.K. Omare & Co., in 2023, he had a stint at esteemed law firms, including Nwaka & Nwaka, Port Harcourt, C. C. ACHI & Co., Onitsha, and Onyechi Ononye (SAN) & Co., Onitsha, Anambra State.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Co-Founder of Reaching Out Organization.
